Mise en jambe et remise en marche des automatismes du Dakar avec cette épreuve d’avant le grand départ de demain.

Getting the Dakar’s automatisms up and running again with this event before tomorrow’s big start.

L’intérêt de ce prologue est de définir l’ordre de départ des concurrents et faire des groupes de niveau. 101 motos au départ, Fred boucle en 3min15 de plus que le 1er : Ricky Brabec.

The interest of this prologue is to define the starting order of the competitors and to make level groups. 101 bikes at the start, Fred finishes in 3min15 more than the 1st: Ricky Brabec.

Vient ensuite l’heure du passage sur le podium. Ambiance particulière cette année, pas de public… Frédéric fait le show pour la caméra, devant un paddock vide. Mais l’excitation est bien là, demain c’est la 1re étape !

Une journée idéale pour reprendre ses marques pour Frédéric, content de retrouver le sable d’Arabie.

Demain, 1re étape, lever 4h pour se préparer et prendre le départ à 5h15. Une liaison de 311 kms l’attend avant la spéciale chronométrée de 277 kms. Il doit impérativement y être avant 8h35, horaire du départ ! Lui restera alors 35 kms de liaison pour rejoindre le bivouac. Terre et sable au programme !
